1. What is Clean Kitchen?
Clean Kitchen is a new and innovative meal company that aims to deliver nutritious meals alongside detailed diet support and advice to help you achieve your body goals.
2. How do I order?
Simply select the item or diet program you would like to purchase.
Let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Then simply process your order through at the checkout.

3. When will my CK package be delivered?
We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you have a prefered day please contact us once you have placed youre order. Otherwise your order will be delievered on the next delivery day that is scheduled.
4. Can I change my order?
Once your order has been placed we can not guarentee that it can be chaged but if you email us on email@example.com we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. How long will my food last in the freezer?
Our frozen meals have a freezer life of 3 months. If you are unsure of when your meals will expire, see date on the bottom of the container.
6. How long will food last in the fridge?
We recommend that you store and cook the meals from frozen. If you place frozen meals in the fridge they must be consumed within 4-5 days.
If the meals are fully thawed before refrigeration they must be consumed within 48 hours.
7. Are all of your meals delivered frozen?
Yes all of our meals are frozen.
8. Do all of your meals have to be cooked in the microwave?
The vast majority of our meals must be cooked in a microwave.
9. Can your meals be cooked in the oven?
We do suggest that all our meals are cooked in the microwave however to cook in the oven the meal must be removed from all packaging and placed in oven proof dish. Please ensure meal is piping hot before consuming.
10. I don't have access to a microwave or oven at work. Can i defrost the meals and eat them cold?
The only range that can be eaten cold is our basics range, please note however this rule does not apply to the beef sliders. These must be heated before consuming.
11. If i make an online purchase am i automatically signed up to a subscription?
This depends on which product/s you choose to buy. All subscription items will be clearly marked. If you’re serious about your transformation you can either purchase one of the weight-loss extended weight-loss programs or you may set up a weekly subscription.
Weekly subscriptions will be processed on Mondays every week and delivered on the weekly anniversary of your original order.
12. How do I cancel my weekly subscription?
To cancel your subscription please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you must give 14 days notice. All timed subsriptions will continue to run on a rolling weekly basis until cancellation notice is given.
